Item arrived damaged - nicks along edge of keyring. Really need better packaging/protection. No time for a replacement item as it was supposed to be a gift. Shame.

I had one Keyring created for my dad and was so impressed with the quality that I ordered a second Keyring for my mum. These will be a unique gift for their upcoming wedding anniversary.
Excellent quality, beautifully engraved, exactly as I ordered and the quality of the image was brilliant. I had a family photo used as my image and was a bit concerned how it would look but it is fantastic, very well created. Products were well packaged and I could keep a track of delivery on the Shop App.

Better than I thought it could be, fantastic engraving and heavy good keyring nothing flimsy.

I loved them althought i did it wrong i wanted writing on the back so it was very tiny on the front and difficult to see but my mistake
